Sell into the line.

We take your produce to the city, grade it, cool it and pay you for what actually sold. No commission agent standing in the middle taking a cut of your price.

Onboarding

Five steps, one field visit.

Nothing here needs a lawyer or a deposit. The only thing that takes real time is the soil sample, and that is the part worth doing properly.

Start the first one
01

Register the plot

A field officer visits once. We record the land document, the crop you are running, and take a soil sample. That soil card decides what inputs we recommend later, so it is worth doing properly the first time.

02

Agree the schedule

We work out what you will cut, on which days, and the indicative rate for the season. It is indicative because vegetable prices move, and any number we fixed for six months would be a number we later broke.

03

Cut to the order book

Orders close at 9 PM. We send you the quantity that night. You cut that much and no more, which is the whole point: nothing is harvested to sit in a warehouse hoping to find a buyer.

04

Grading, in the open

Sorted by size and blemish at the collection centre while you are standing there. What does not make the crate goes to the compost line. We do not quietly re-grade it into a cheaper crate and pay you less for the same lot.

05

Get paid, buy inputs

Payment lands against what sold. From the same account you can take machinery, vermicompost, neem cake or seed for the next cycle, and we will file the government subsidy paperwork for machinery with you, district by district.

The split

You grow it. The rest is ours.

Everything between your gate and somebody's kitchen is our problem, including the parts that normally cost a grower money without ever appearing on an invoice.

Your side What stays with the grower
  • Growing. The crop, the calendar and the decisions about your own land.
  • Cutting to the number we send. Quantity by crop, the night before.
  • Keeping a share back. If you want to hold some for the local mandi, hold it.
  • Walking away. No lock-in, no deposit, no exclusivity clause.
Our side The parts that are not farming
  • Collection. We come to the plot on the agreed days. You are not paying for a trip to the mandi and back.
  • Cold chain. Four degrees from your crate onward. The loss that normally happens between field and city is ours, not yours.
  • Subsidy paperwork. Every machine we sell qualifies for government subsidy across India. We fill the district file with you.
  • The customer. Finding households, taking their orders and handling their complaints.

Group

Agriyana runs alongside Dinko Agritech. Same people, same sheds, same suppliers, and the same machinery guarantees.

On account

What comes back the other way.

Payment lands against what sold, and from the same account you can take machinery, compost or seed for the next cycle. Guarantee terms differ per part, so they are printed against each unit rather than averaged into one number.

Govt. subsidy approved All over India

Machinery is sold on enquiry rather than through the cart, because freight, installation and the district subsidy file are quoted per district. Bio-inputs and seed are on the account at cost plus freight.
