Every plot on the line has a land record, a crop plan and a soil card on file. That is not bureaucracy for its own sake: the soil card is what decides which bio-inputs we recommend back to that farmer later in the cycle.

We are the line, not the shop.
Most agri businesses pick a side: sell to farmers, or sell to households. Agriyana runs the whole loop, because the money from one end is what pays for the other.
The line, stage by stage

Ten stages, and the loop closes.
The same ten stages the diagram on the home page draws, written out. Stages one to six carry produce to a kitchen; seven to ten carry the money back as machinery, compost and seed.
Cut after the order book closes
Orders close at 9 PM. The quantity on the book that night is the quantity cut before dawn. Nothing is harvested speculatively, which is the single biggest source of waste in the ordinary vegetable trade.
Sorted in front of the grower
Sorting happens at the collection centre while the farmer is present, by size and by blemish. Rejects go to the compost line and come back as vermicompost. They are not quietly re-graded into a cheaper crate and sold on at a lower price to the same buyer.
Four degrees, with no gap in the middle
Produce goes to four degrees at the collection centre and stays there until the van door opens at your building. Most short-lived quality problems in vegetables are not growing problems, they are a two-hour gap in the cold chain somewhere between the field and the city.
Crates broken down by pin code
Bulk crates arrive at the hub and are split into household orders, then routed by pin code. Assembly happens here rather than at the farm, so a farmer packs one crate of one crop instead of a hundred mixed bags.
Same evening or next morning
You pick the window at checkout. Every crate carries a weight slip, and the lot is traceable back to the plot it was cut from.
Where the loop turns
What households pay funds what farms buy next: machinery, vermicompost, neem cake, microbial cultures and seed for the following cycle. That is the part most supply chains leave out, and it is the reason we draw the line as a circle rather than an arrow.

Two entities, one loop.
Produce and the order book sit with the LLP. Machinery sits with the proprietorship. They are run by the same people out of the same yard, but they are not the same company and we do not write about them as though they were.
